These exit letters were faxed to Craig Winters* of Philadelphia Church of God at the time, and were written after Mike was cut off from Philadelphia Church of God. No reply was ever received. In 2001 he was ordained a "pastor elder." In the summer of 2004 he moved from Crestline, California to Edmond, Oklahoma to teach at PCG's Imperial College (since December 2005 known as Herbert W. Armstrong College) and also to edit their Royal Vision magazine. As of 2006, he was moved to Florida.
